What this site collects, and what happens to your data.
Short, because there is not much to say.
This website
No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies set by this site. The task worksheet on the process page is stored in your own browser and never sent anywhere. Pages are served by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for a short period for security.
If you email me, I keep the email. That is the only personal data the site leads to, and it stays in my mailbox.
Proposal pages
A proposal page is addressed to one named person at one company and reached only by a private link. It is not indexed and not linked from anywhere public. If you want yours removed, say so and it goes the same day.
During an engagement
The automations run inside your own accounts (your email, calendar, accounts package and CRM) under a data processing agreement signed before work starts. Lechley Associates acts as a processor for you, the controller. The AI provider used is Claude, from Anthropic, under commercial terms that exclude training on your data. Nothing is copied into a system Lechley owns, and access is removed at handover unless you keep the monthly check.
